On the Greenways Golf Estate you will find a 18 hole golfing range, swimming pools, tennis courts, luxury houses and other accommodation in a totally surrounded security complex next to the beach.

Rental Prices:

Option 1:

£2600 pm, fully furnished, minimum of 12 month rental.( Excluding bills)

Option 2:

£850 - £2 000 per week short term let.  Price varies depending on the season and number of guests. (Including bills)

Cleaning fee of £90 per week added to this to ensure a relaxed stay and to enable you to leave the property without having to prepare it for the next guests. Cleaner available , three times per week .(or more at extra cost.)

 A refundable security/breakage fee of £200 is also added and is refunded after one week of leaving the property, should no damage occur.

A booking is secure once the 50% deposit( of the total cost of stay), together with the completed application form is received.  The balance is payable one month before arrival.

Please note the Cancellation policy guidelines.

A cleaning arrangement form will  be sent to you to make arrangements regarding which days and times would suit you for the cleaner to arrive.  It will explain the duties and responsibilities of the cleaner. The form will also give you the contact details of the person who will book you into the house.

Fully furnished including bedding and linen.   (Please provide your own swimming/beach towels).

There is also a LCD screen Television, Satellite DSTV, and a DVD player available.

Parking for 2 cars are available inside one double garage.

The accommodation is self catering.

The bedrooms available:

Bedroom 1:  Double bed with double doors opening onto a private balcony with stunning sea view

Bedroom 2: K-size bed with a 180-angle sea view and an en-suite shower, toilet, bath and his/hers basin. Patio doors opening onto a balcony, viewing the sea

Bedroom 3: 2 Single beds with private balcony and doors opening onto the sea.  (Bedroom 1 and 3 shares a bathroom with bath, toilet and shower).

Bedroom 4: K-size bed with en-suite bathroom with bath, toilet and shower.  Double doors opening onto a balcony with beautiful mountain views.

Bedroom 5: K-size bed with en-suite shower and toilet and double doors opening onto a balcony with stunning mountain views.

Further arrangements:

Keys must be collected during office hours (8 am to 5 pm).

Booking in from 14h00.

Departure before 10h00.

Cancellation policy

50% Deposit secures booking. Balance plus breakage’s deposit of R2500(£200)  and cleaning fee of R 900(£90) per week payable one month before arrival.

Cancellation one month prior to the arrival: Guest forfeits 25% of full payment minus breakage fee.

Cancellation 15-30 days prior to arrival:  Guest forfeits 50% of full payment minus breakage fee.

Cancellation 7-14 days prior to arrival: Guest forfeits 75% of full payment minus breakage fee.

Cancellation less than 7 days prior to arrival: Guest forfeits full payment minus breakage fee.

In addition to any cancellation fee that may be payable above, 13.5% of the total quote price (Vat excl.) will be charged as an admin. fee for processing cancellations.
